Account and Data Deletion

You may ask Piggy Design to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, including connections to LINE, Google, or Facebook, at any time.

How to submit a request

1. Email us from the email address or phone number associated with your account and use the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the account name, email address or phone number, and any connected social login provider. Never send your password or an access token.
3. Our team will verify your identity, acknowledge the request, and complete it within 30 days.

What will be deleted

We will delete or de-identify profile data, contact details, and social-login connections when they are no longer required to provide the service.

Some order, payment, tax, or dispute records may need to be retained for periods required by law. Their use will be restricted to those obligations.
