Piggy Design cares about accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction. If an order arrives with a production defect, transit damage, fulfillment mistake, or missing items, customers can contact us so we can review the case and determine a fair resolution under this policy.

1. Scope and return window

We review eligible return, replacement, reprint, or refund requests submitted within 90 calendar days after the customer receives the order.

  • This policy applies to orders placed through the Piggy Design website and produced based on confirmed order details.
  • Customers should provide the order number together with supporting evidence such as photos of the item, packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.
  • Requests submitted after 90 days may be declined unless required by law or approved as an exception by our team.

2. Cases that may be eligible

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable because of a production issue.
  • The delivered item does not match the confirmed size, material, quantity, or approved artwork in the order.
  • The parcel arrives incomplete or important items are missing from the shipment.

3. Cases that are normally not eligible

  • Custom-made products that were produced correctly according to the approved artwork, text, or files are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons.
  • Issues caused by files, wording, color choices, sizing, or other details supplied or approved by the customer are normally not eligible for return.
  • We may decline requests that lack sufficient evidence or where the item appears used, modified, or damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to us.

4. Return method and cost

After reviewing the case, we will confirm whether a return shipment is required and recommend the most practical next step.

  • For approved defect, wrong-item, or incomplete-shipment cases, we normally cover the relevant return or replacement shipping cost as appropriate.
  • If a return shipment is not required, we may resolve the issue through a reprint, replacement, refund, or partial refund without asking the customer to pay extra.
  • If the request is not caused by our mistake, the customer may be responsible for related costs, and our team will confirm any cost before proceeding.

5. Resolution outcome

Once we have reviewed the case, Piggy Design may offer a reprint, replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the cause and what is practical for the order. Final approval remains subject to our review of the evidence provided.
