Return Window
This page explains the period in which customers can contact Piggy Design about eligible return, replacement, or refund requests for web orders when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
1. Standard return window for eligible cases
Customers should contact us within 90 calendar days after receiving the order if they believe the item is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete, or different from the approved order details.
2. Cases that may be eligible
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable because of production issues.
- The delivered item does not match the confirmed size, material, quantity, or artwork approved in the order.
- The parcel arrives incomplete and key items are missing from the shipment.
3. Cases that are normally not eligible
- Custom-made products approved by the customer and produced correctly are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons.
- Requests caused by incorrect files, spelling, sizing, or details supplied or approved by the customer are normally not eligible for return.
- Requests submitted after the 90-day window may be declined unless required by law or approved as an exception by our team.
4. How to request help
Please send your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue through our contact channels. Once reviewed, we may offer a reprint, replacement, refund, or another practical resolution depending on the cause.
